Discovery Bay is served by the Byron Union School District, Knightsen School District and Liberty Union High School District. All God’s Children School is affiliated with Delta Community Presbyterian Church and serves K-5th grade students. 

High school graduates interested in pursuing higher education in the area live within a commutable distance to several local community colleges as well as a few private and public universities.

Pre-School through 8th Grade

The Byron Union School District serves students residing in the Town of Discovery Bay and Byron. The District’s elementary schools are located in Discovery Bay, while the middle school is located in Byron. In addition to elementary and middle school education, the District also offers comprehensive preschool, pre-kindergarten and before and after school care; these programs are available on-site at the District’s elementary schools.
