Customer Portal - Steps for Creating an Account

EyeOnWater is the service that gives you direct access to your water usage details and provides tools to help you use water more efficiently!

To use EyeOnWater and see your water use, follow these easy steps: 

 You'll first need your water bill to find your account number. It's noted in multiple locations on your billing statement.

Visit https://eyeonwater.com/signup to go to the sign up page.

You'll see something similar to the image below...

1. At the A section, Enter your service area zip code: 94505

2. At the B section, Enter account number on your water bill (include dashes & periods)

3. Then at the C section, Click Next Button, at the next screen enter your email address

4. Create and confirm a password (Minimum of 8 characters)

You will get a confirmation email from Badger Meter, Inc.

Verify your email address by clicking on the link in the confirmation email.

When that’s done, sign in using your email and password.
