The idea for the revitalization of the Clipper Drive landscape began during the Proposition 68 grant funding round of 2020. Although funds were not obtained via the grant, Town staff was compelled to use the momentum brought forth from community input sessions. The pathway along Clipper Drive is a well-travelled area by Town residents and was in need of an update. The project consists of widening walking paths, creating natural seating areas, using decorative wall paneling, adding new dry scape landscaping, drought tolerant plants, and solar lighting.
